Council Member

Stephanie Archambault

I started in the fitness industry over 10 years ago personal training on Martha’s Vineyard during my summers in college. In school I was studying Exercise Science while doing internships in both Athletic Training and as an Exercise Physiologist. My senior year I completed my W.I.T.S personal training certification and internship.

Since then I’ve worked in a variety of gyms training, teaching group exercise and in management. More recently I have worked in corporate and clinical settings.

Health and wellness truly is my passion, I’m very excited to be part of this encouraging and inspiring community.

Council Member

Joy Fletcher

When Joy Fletcher walked into the weight room of her hometown YMCA, over 40 years ago, her goal was to simply get stronger for the sports she was playing. She had no idea it would lead to a career in health and fitness that has spanned over three decades. Strength training soon became her focus, and the timing was perfect. USPF was allowing women to compete in powerlifting, so Joy joined in some of the first Ohio NPC and USPF powerlifting competitions for women. From there she started introducing women’s weight lifting classes into the Y’s and fitness centers in Ohio and North Carolina.
