DVD - Introduction to Personal Trainer:

This 4 DVD course is designed for the novice who has not had the benefit of formal training.  If you are on the bubble about taking on the national certification course or just want to learn to train yourself more effeciently, this DVD series is perfect.  If you want to know how your body works under the stresses of ALL TYPES of exercise, this will answer all of your basic questions.   The Introduction to Personal Trainer is a nice preparatory program for the more in depth certification courses. 

Note: A soft back textbook is required ( Fitness Leader’s Handbook; Second edition B. Don Franks & Edward T.Howley)  and must be purchased at our bookstore or you can call 888-330-9487.  We do provide a very detailed student workbook to follow along with the lectures and the practical lab.
