This hands on workshop highlights what it takes to maximize on-court power, strength, agility, and quickness. Basketball Anatomy will show trainers how to improve performance by increasing muscular strength and optimizing the efficiency of every movement.
We will demonstrate and run drills on the 76er’s ex training facility to bring home all of the actions that will benefit new clients and teams that you can build through this workshop. The exercises and related content provided in this course will focus on the muscles involved in pivoting, rebounding, and shooting to show clients the exercises are fundamentally linked to basketball performance. If a client wants to maximize their physical potential for the sport, this is the course to take!
