WHAT WOULD YOU RECOMMEND TO OTHERS WHO WANT TO BE FIT AND HEALTHY?
Don’t think that in order to start becoming more fit and healthy you have to have a plan. While it is helpful to have a goal and a plan on how to accomplish them, the most important thing is just starting. Starting with even the smallest step will help bring you toward your quest in becoming more fit and healthy. Stop overthinking and start doing. Your journey is your own and how you start it doesn’t really matter.
HOW DOES FITNESS POSITIVELY INFLUENCE YOUR LIFE?
It’s the single most thing that I do have control over. I am a more confident, happy and healthy person because of fitness and this is something that I think we all strive for in life. I’ve also met a lot of great people along my own fitness journey and many of them have been great influences.
IF YOU WERE THE NEXT MS. HEALTH AND FITNESS, WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH $20,000?
I would most definitely invest in my long running dream of being a fitness studio owner that gives women a place to work toward their fitness goals in an environment that creates positivity, comfort and confidence. I will continue to invest in myself in order for other women to invest in themselves by learning all that I can through continuing my education in the fitness business.
Personal trainers mostly talk about goals. If I start doing fitness training with my goal in mind, then I will become more fit and healthy very fast. Although it is helpful to plan for a goal and how to accomplish it.
