with their nutritional needs. Student handouts will guide you on how
to set up a game plan for your clients’ health. Learn how to look
and feel better through careful analysis of food labels and eating patterns,
while learning how to age slowly through optimum diet. Athletes need
certain special extras and those key components will be explored as well.
This workshop will offer ideas and approaches to make eating a fun journey
for your clients!
