STENGTH & POWER FOR YOUNG ATHLETES (216 pages) by Westcott and Faigenbaum; Athletic Fitness for Kids (184 pages) by Lancaster and Teodorescu; FUEL for YOUNG ATHLETES (192 pages) by Litt; and a 120-page study guide. Instructions for completing the 60-question multiple choice online exam and obtaining CEU credit are also included.
