Posture Analysis Specialist - 6 CEC’s

This comprehensive program has great illustrations and exercise charts arranged to target postural problems. Using a stability ball makes these therapeutic exercises fun. Plus you will learn the importance of stabilization to maintain proper body alignment, determining a kyphotic, lordoctic, flattened s- curve, elevated or rotated hip postures, designing a conditioning programs, postural tips for the home or workplace, simple exercises for common repetitive motions and much more.
