John Izzo holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor
in Health Promotion specializing in Community Nutrition. Presently,
he is the Director of Health & Wellness for the YMCA of Greater
Hartford (CT) and serves as the CT Senior Faculty Instructor
for World Instructor Training Schools (WITS). He holds multiple
certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine,
American Council on Exercise, National Endurance Sports Trainers
Association, American Fitness Professionals & Associates,
Schwinn Cycling, and APEX Training Systems..

Norris is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
(CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association
(NSCA) and has been an instructor for the World Instructor Training
Schools (WITS) since 1999. He has a Bachelors degree in Exercise
Science and over 5 years
working in a Physical Therapy/ Sports Medicine clinic. Wes has produced many
fitness products and has had articles printed in national and international
