Leticia Fritzsche has competed in the 2004 San Diego Rock n Roll Marathon, Hi-Tek Adventure Racing Series, Camp Pendleton Duathlon, Solana Beach Sprint Triathlon, several 50 mile fun bike rides from Rosarito to Ensenada as well as numerous 5k runs up and down San Diego County’s coast. Leticia has her B.S. in Kinesiology with a clinical exercise science and teacher education background. She currently teaches a W.I.T.S. Personal Trainer certification course in Riverside County and is a freelance writer as the Riverside Sports Medicine Examiner (http://www.examiner.com/x-27113-Riverside-Sports-Medicine-Examiner) as well as an Independent Consultant with Arbonne International, an organic health and wellness company, www.dreamfreespirit.myarbonne.com. Additionally, she is a U.S. Navy veteran of nearly 12 years as a Mass Communication Specialist. Leticia’s mission has changed from contributing to the preservation of our freedoms to helping those interested in achieving a lifestyle of health and wellness.
